• Messages and media: automatically deleted after 30 days unless archived.
• Account data: kept until the user deletes their account or automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
• When a user requests account deletion, it will be processed within 30 days, during which they can cancel the request.
• GDPR data export requests will be processed within 30 days.
